Send your order number to hello@glenki.com within 90 nights of delivery. No forms, no photos required.

Free return label
We'll email a prepaid, tracked return label — you drop it at any carrier location.

Full refund
As soon as it's scanned in transit, your full refund is processed to your original payment method.
The fine print
- Returns must be initiated within 90 nights of delivery.
- The mat can be used — return it in whatever condition your pet leaves it in.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the carrier scan.
- Bundles are refunded as a whole; partial-bundle returns aren't supported.
- Gifts can be exchanged for store credit at the recipient's request.
