Prices are listed in USD for US customers and GBP (VAT-inclusive) for UK customers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery windows on the Shipping page are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier delivers the parcel. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.

Use of product

The Glenki cooling mat is designed for pets to lie on. It is not a chew toy or a medical device. For heavy chewers, use it under supervision. Do not machine wash the gel layer.

All content on glenki.com — text, photos, illustrations, and brand marks — is owned by Glenki or used with permission. Please don't reuse it without our written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer.

Governing law

US orders are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. UK orders are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
